After logging in on the PC, it prompts for login again.

Make sure the dropdown selection is set to "All websites", otherwise there may be issues with saving login status.

Check the box to allow third-party cookies

Check the option to allow the website to store data on the device.

IOS login prompt for duplicate login

Please follow the steps below to check if there is a setting error:

1. Go to Settings > Select Safari browser.
2. Scroll down and find Prevent Cross-Site Tracking, make sure it is turned off.
3. Go back to the Safari browser, scroll down and find Advanced at the bottom.
4. Make sure that Block All Cookies is turned off.
5. Go back to the Safari browser, scroll up and find Extensions, select Chinese Dubbing in YouTube, and in the permissions at the bottom, check all website permissions to allow.
6. Finally, make sure not to use plugins in incognito mode.

No sound when playing on IOS

Make sure that the IOS system is version 17 or above; otherwise, there may be no sound.
