Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YouTube Dubbing website, browser extension, web application, paid membership, account credits, AI translation, text-to-speech, dubbing, subtitle, summary, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, purchasing credits, or requesting any paid processing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” refer to that entity and its users.

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version controls to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account and payment information. We may suspend or restrict access if account information is inaccurate, payment fails, a charge is disputed, or we reasonably believe the account is being misused.

You may request account deletion by contacting us. We may retain records that are reasonably necessary for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, backup, legal, and compliance purposes.

2. Free Services, Paid Services, and Changes

Some features may be free. Other features may require an active membership subscription, prepaid credits, or both.

We may add, remove, modify, limit, or discontinue features, supported websites, supported languages, AI models, TTS providers, price tables, usage limits, free quotas, or technical requirements. We will try to avoid material disruption, but we do not guarantee that any feature, provider, model, voice, or website integration will remain available.

AI-generated translation, dubbing, speech, subtitle, and summary results may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or affected by the quality of the source video, subtitle track, audio, third-party website, AI provider, or TTS provider.

3. Subscriptions

A subscription gives you access to the membership features described at checkout or in the product interface for the applicable billing period.

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Unless the checkout flow or billing provider states otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the account settings, billing portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by us, cancellation does not create a refund, credit, or prorated refund for the current billing period.

Membership access does not mean unlimited access to usage-based features. AI translation, Azure TTS, dubbing, subtitle processing, summaries, and similar usage-based features may require credits or may be subject to additional limits.

4. Credits and Usage-Based Features

Credits are prepaid account credits that may be used only inside the Services for eligible usage-based features. Credits are not cash, are not a bank deposit, are not a stored-value account, are not transferable, and have no cash value outside the Services.

Usage-based features may include AI translation, Azure TTS, dubbing playback, subtitle generation or optimization, video summaries, and other paid processing features shown in the product.

Credits may be deducted when you submit a request, processing begins, third-party provider cost is incurred, output is generated, usage is recorded, or paid results are made available to your account. The exact cost may depend on the model, provider, voice, video length, subtitle length, audio length, input size, output size, retry behavior, cache behavior, taxes, exchange rates, and provider pricing.

Displayed estimates, examples, balances, and usage records are provided for convenience and may be adjusted if there is a billing error, provider reconciliation, refund, chargeback, fraud review, or technical correction.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, model, provider, voice, and settings before submitting paid processing requests. If you do not want to spend credits, use the free features where available.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final except as expressly stated in this section or as required by applicable law.

Subscription fees

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly approve a refund. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, changes of mind, failure to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with a feature that was available for use.

Credit purchases and top-ups

Credit purchases and account top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly approve a refund.

Consumed credits are never refundable. Credits are considered consumed when a paid request is submitted, processing begins, provider cost is incurred, output is generated, usage is recorded, or paid results are made available, even if you later decide you do not want to use the result.

If we approve a refund for unused credits, the refund may be limited to the remaining unused balance from the relevant purchase and may exclude consumed credits, payment processing fees, chargeback fees, currency conversion losses, taxes, provider costs, promotional credits, bonuses, and discounts.

Non-refundable usage

We do not refund fees or credits for completed, partially completed, or attempted AI translation, TTS, dubbing, subtitle optimization, subtitle generation, video summary, cached result delivery, or other usage-based processing, unless the failure was caused solely by our technical error and no usable result or account benefit was delivered.

AI output quality, translation style, voice preference, source subtitle quality, source audio quality, third-party website changes, unsupported videos, or user configuration mistakes do not by themselves create a refund right.

Abuse and chargebacks

Buying credits or a subscription, using the paid features, and then requesting a refund for the consumed value is not permitted. We may deny refunds, suspend accounts, revoke credits, restrict paid features, or terminate access if we detect refund abuse, chargeback abuse, account sharing, automated abuse, or attempts to obtain paid services without payment.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, duplicated, or incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. A chargeback or payment dispute may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or deceptive activity;
• resell, sublicense, rent, share, or commercially exploit your account, membership, credits, or generated results without our written permission;
• bypass usage limits, payment requirements, security controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
• scrape, crawl, copy, bulk download, reverse engineer, or automate access to the Services except as expressly permitted by us;
• interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the Services;
• upload or process content that you do not have the right to use;
• use the Services in a way that violates the terms of third-party websites, platforms, AI providers, TTS providers, or payment providers.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Your Content

“Your Content” means video, audio, subtitles, text, prompts, settings, files, links, and other material that you submit, select, or make available for processing through the Services.

You retain your rights in Your Content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, transform, and create outputs from Your Content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, bill for, and improve the Services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit Your Content and to allow us and our service providers to process it for the Services.

The Services may send Your Content or related data to third-party providers, including AI, TTS, hosting, storage, analytics, security, and payment providers, as necessary to provide the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Services, software, website, extension, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property.

Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, we do not grant you any ownership or license in our intellectual property.

9. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact translation quality, exact voice quality, exact synchronization, compatibility with every website or device, or continued availability of any third-party provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouTube Dubbing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, third-party platform changes, provider outages, or the cost of substitute services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Services, create legal risk, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or create security or operational risk.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund for consumed credits, completed processing, partial billing periods, promotional credits, bonuses, or discounts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will apply from the date they are posted, unless a later effective date is stated.

If a change is material, we may provide notice through the website, extension, account interface, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
